As ICF-certified business coach, I coach companies and individuals at the highest level. Coaching is entirely different from training in the sense that my coaching starts from the assumption that all the necessary knowledge, confidence and power to achieve your transformation has always been inside of you. You don’t need somebody to tell you what to do and how to do it, that would mean that I turn you into a follower instead of a leader. In coaching, I guide you along a path of introspection that will allow you to find your own truth. What I say means something, but what you say means everything to you.
